To post a picture the file must first be on a picture or web server ie. Photobucket

above and you will be prompted to enter the url (web address) where the picture is located.
Pictures should be not bigger than 500 x 500 pixels. Pictures larger than this stretch the pages and can take quite a long time to download for people on dial up.
