Went to the Rare Breeds place near Apledore in Kent a couple of weeks ago. Just wandering about looking at the pigs, when I said to the wife,"Those two are the closest looking pigs to Wild Boar I've ever seen",Their faces had the typical angular look of WB.Turns out they were the Tamworth Two,my opinion they have DEFINATLY got a lot of WB blood in them.(And I've seen quite a few more WB since the Beastwatch outing ;D )

Yes Butch and Sundance made a film didn't they, that was broadcasted by the BBC a few months back, I was visiting someone in hospital at the time and was guted to return home and find the video recorder had broke down half an hour into it, don't think it's been on since.
The Tamworth Two are apparently "Ginger Tamworths" and yes they do have Wild Boar in them.
If anyone want to read about these, the reports are on our website under "The Tamworth Two" in the left side menu.
More Wild Boar heh? you'll have to fill me in on that one Mike, I'm actually contemplating another Wild Boar meet this year if you're interested, or anyone else for that matter, where is still to be determined, with East Sussex being one option, wonder what everyone else thinks about this idea?
